lf we want to keep fit, we should go for a run. Or maybe try skipping with a rope which could mean a lot of fun. We could also dance, that is also good for us. Then there is swimming to be tried too. We might as well do a bit of running on the spot. Or even a few star jumps, if not a lot of them. We could then try bending over so our fingers touch our toes. Or kick our legs up so our knees would almost touch our nose. One could also play a game of football and a quick game of tennis would be good for us too. Walking at a fast pace is another choice we have to keep fit. All of the above help keep us healthy because sitting down is not a good idea for this purpose.
