To keep my body healthy,I usually eat lots of fruits and vegetables.At breakfast I eat a slice of organic bread,some cheese an a cup of tea.At lunch I eat an apple and some other fruits and at dinner I don't eat too much because it's not healthy so I only eat a small snack.I never eat pork meat because it has too much fat and I usually don't eat junk food.
