I hope you're doing well and sorry for not being in touch for such a long time. I'm writing this letter to give you great news. I think I've found an ideal house for you!
The house is located in a really nice place. It's a quiet area and the people who live there are very peaceful. The best thing about the location of the house is that it's less than 5 minutes to the supermarket and the bus station. The rent is only 800 pounds a month! I think it isn't too much for you.
The house is really adorable outside. It's got a patio and it's surrounded by a beautiful garden. Also, it has a tiled roof, double-glazed windows and an enermous garage, perfect for your car.
Inside the house is airy and comfortable. It has two floors. There are three bedrooms upstairs, each one with its own bathroom. Downstairs, there is a big dining room, large kitchen with old fashioned furniture and a livingroom with a fireplace and TV.
