I strongly believe that a good leader is someone who first of all listens to people. In order to be able to meet the needs that a group manifests at a certain point in time, a leader needs to maintain an open line of communication with the ones that he or she leads. A great leader is also kind, compassionate and knows how to avoid conflicts and has a sensible nature overall. Also, no good or great leader can perform the tasks that he/she is given without a true sense of honor and duty instilled since early childhood. Last but not least, a good leader is a good public speaker. To get a message across, he/she should be eloquent and always know how to choose the right words to mobilise people and motivate them.
