Doing mental work and physical work was always a thing that made me happier. I like a bit of both, cos i can't have both 100%. Also, if I don't work my mind, I get mentally restless and if I don't work my body I get physically restless.
Maintaining a ballance between mental and physical work while sraying happy is the requirement of a lifetime. A body that is inactive cannot perform at its best capacity. Just like a mind that isn't used at full capacity cannot manage even if the body is active. Being happy lies in finding that right amount of physical strength to add to a mind that works for the best results. Regardless of the goals we set for ourselves, when the mind and body are synchronised, we can work wonders.
