Go outside (to the nearest park or garden) and embrace a tree close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you for five minutes without talking.

1. I heard the sounds of bird chirping, the water flowing and the cars passing by.
2. The sound of cars passing by is artificial, while the rest are natural.
3 The sound of the cars is very unpleasent because it is loud. The rest are very peaceful.
4. They synchronize creating a beautiful song.
5. Animals get scared of those sounds while humans get stressed.
