In my opinion, the comunication is important , because you can explain people what you really think. Some people who don't understand you,will may think that you are not very resourceful. If you can explain exactly what you really think about a thing or about a situation, the people will appreaciate your attitude, your behavior; even if they have another opinion. Say exactly what you wanna say, be polite and relaxed.
