In Past Tense, actiunea se petrece in rtecut, dar stii cu certitudine cand s-a petrecut (a week ago, last summer,etc.). In Present Perfect Simple, actiunea tot in trecut se petrece, dar nu stii cand.
1) She has lived there since 1999.
2) I haven't made up my mind yet.
3) He has never been there before.
4) You have already written that down.
5) They have lived there for 20 years.
