To live at block is something interesting. But , that it can be so,so bored. Why? Because at block are some rules. This rules are so hard, and i don't like it. Do not have to make noise because disturb neighbors. At block you must be quiet always. I don't like to sit on the block because it's so ugly for many reasons, of course.
There are some advantages , the exemple: Enjoying the view.
Meh ... To live at block is not cute or beautiful or interesting ...The rent is expensive .. etc..
So... To live at block is ugly.
